ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Hours of Work: Mon-Friday 6:00 am – 5:00 pm (flexible)
Communicating with clients to understand their needs and explain product value.
Prospecting and telephone marketing for new prospective clients
Building relationships with clients based on trust and respect.
Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment.
Collecting and analyzing data to learn more about consumer behavior.
Keeping accurate records pertaining to customers’ needs and shipments.
Maintaining updated knowledge of company products and services.
Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes.
Identifying industry trends.
Acting as a client advocate with a focus on improving the buyer experience.
Liaise with other departments such as Operations, Tracking and Customer Service, and Accounting to resolve outstanding issues.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements for the role:
Attention to detail, accurate data entry and proofing skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy, sales environment.
Above all you will always represent C&D Logistics and yourself in a professional and honest manner
Self-disciplined, organized, and ambitious.
Ability to consistently hit team and individual daily and monthly objectives.
Resilience, perseverance, and the ability to overcome objections is a must.
Excellent Phone manner
Positive and energetic attitude with good interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office based applications and knowledge of CRM’s an asset.
Good interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to collect, track, and analyze large amounts of data.
Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent active listening skills.
Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office based applications and knowledge of CRM’s an asset.
