Position Title<\/strong>: Onboarding Representative<\/p>\n

Office Location<\/strong>: Surrey, BC<\/p>\n

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Hours of Work<\/strong>: Mon-Friday 6:00 am \u2013 5:00 pm (flexible)<\/p>\n

Communicating with clients to understand their needs and explain product value.<\/p>\n

Prospecting and telephone marketing for new prospective clients<\/p>\n

Building relationships with clients based on trust and respect.<\/p>\n

Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment.<\/p>\n

Collecting and analyzing data to learn more about consumer behavior.<\/p>\n

Keeping accurate records pertaining to customers\u2019 needs and shipments.<\/p>\n

Maintaining updated knowledge of company products and services.<\/p>\n

Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes.<\/p>\n

Identifying industry trends.<\/p>\n

Acting as a client advocate with a focus on improving the buyer experience.<\/p>\n

Liaise with other departments such as Operations, Tracking and Customer Service, and Accounting to resolve outstanding issues.<\/p>\n

Other duties as assigned.<\/p>\n

Requirements for the role:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Attention to detail, accurate data entry and proofing skills.<\/p>\n

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy, sales environment.<\/p>\n

Above all you will always represent C&D Logistics and yourself in a professional and honest manner<\/p>\n

Self-disciplined, organized, and ambitious.<\/p>\n

Ability to consistently hit team and individual daily and monthly objectives.<\/p>\n

Resilience, perseverance, and the ability to overcome objections is a must.<\/p>\n

Excellent Phone manner<\/p>\n

Positive and energetic attitude with good interpersonal and communication skills<\/p>\n

Proficiency with Microsoft Office based applications and knowledge of CRM\u2019s an asset.<\/p>\n

Good interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.<\/p>\n

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.<\/p>\n

Ability to collect, track, and analyze large amounts of data.<\/p>\n

Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills.<\/p>\n

Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally.<\/p>\n
